A fresh, floral fragrance with crisp citrus notes and an earthy base, inspired by the incredible Florence Nightingale.
Before we'd even poured a single candle, we knew we wanted to name our signature scents after women who inspire us. And Florence Nightingale – aka the Lady with the Lamp – seemed a fitting choice for our first-ever blend.
Florence's story of selflessly following a calling to help others is truly inspiring. She's long been celebrated as the founder of modern nursing, but a lesser-known fact is she was also a pioneer of using aromatherapy in medicine, applying lavender oil to the brows of wounded soldiers to soothe and comfort them.
So of course, including lavender in our Florence scent was a must! We've blended it with bergamot and patchouli (also well-known for their soothing qualities) to create a blissful fragrance that infuses the room with a sense of calm and boosts mental well-being. We think Florence is especially lovely for bedrooms, bathrooms or anytime, anywhere you're craving a chilled-out and positive ambience.
